How do I find my merchant ID?
Log into the Merchant Dashboard and navigate to Settings > Account Details. Your merchant ID is displayed at the top of that page. You can also find it printed on your settlement statements.
How do I reset my terminal?
Hold the power button for 10 seconds, then release. The terminal will power down and reboot automatically. This takes approximately 30–60 seconds. If the terminal doesn't respond, contact terminal support on terminalsupport@urpay.com.au or call 1800 008 772.
How do I reprint a receipt?
From the terminal home screen, tap Transactions > Last Transaction > Print Receipt. For transactions older than the last one, tap Transactions > Transaction History, locate the transaction, and select Print Receipt from the transaction detail screen.
What do I do if my terminal can't connect?
First, check your WiFi or 4G signal strength. Then press the green button twice to force a new connection attempt — this clears the current session and initiates a fresh connection. If the issue persists after two attempts, call 1800 008 772 immediately. Our terminal team can remotely diagnose most connectivity issues within minutes.
How do I add a new user to the merchant dashboard?
Go to Settings > Users > Invite User in the Merchant Dashboard. Enter the new user's email address and select their permission level (Admin, Manager, or View Only). They'll receive an email invitation to set up their account. New users can be managed or removed at any time from the same page.
What if my terminal is lost or stolen?
Call 1800 008 772 immediately. We will remotely disable the device within minutes of your call, preventing any further transactions. Do not wait — call us first, then file a police report if required. We'll arrange a replacement terminal and ensure your merchant account remains secure throughout.
